The same reason bars charge cover. More than half their revenue comes from the membership fees. They're a company that makes money by charging people money to sell them things. I had to do a massive 50 page case study on Wal Mart vs Costco back in college.

It says natural-born citizen. That means its someone who was a citizen the moment they were born. Why should we, or any other country, have a non-citizen or foreign citizen be the leader of said country?

Because there's multiple countries that legitimately don't have that requirement. Canada and Australia are two of them.

Yes, someone who was born in another country and moved here as a child is totally not an American and grossly unqualified, but the manbaby reality show star is.

Depends on the country or place. Argentina is heavily influenced by European genetics for instance. Brazil has whole villages/towns that are from one part of the world. Even in Mexico you'll find huge variations - some communities are basically straight up descended from Mayan ancestors.
