Personally I feel like him closing/deleting a bunch of his accounts is more of a reason to believe he didn't kill himself than the other way around.

Cutting yourself off from your usual social circles/outlets makes following through with those sort of ideas easier.

Commandos: Behind enemy lines. I stole it from one of my cousins many years ago without bothering to check the requirements. Got it home and my pc couldn't run it. By the time I had one that could I had lost interest in the game so I never even installed it.

Yeah, most jobs have the policy but rarely do actual random testing. They typically only test those they suspect and want to get rid of or those involved in an incident.

The last place I worked never tested anyone until they got complaints about one of the guards coming to work high. So they "randomly" tested him and one other guard. The other one was someone who they knew would test clean so it wouldn't look like they were targeting the other guy.

About a month later they tested two more. One who was known to come to work with bloodshot eyes and another who was definitely going to come back clean.

I just looked into it, and that's not what the law is about. It's about preventing companies from advertising a certain price and then trying to sell it for more as a bait and switch type thing. It even gives an exemption to prices that had specific date ranges on them. I.E.: Sales that have ended, but the price is still visible.

Then you read it incorrectly. I believe you were likely confused by the use of the word "notwithstanding" in the second part of B&P code 12024.2. Notwithstanding means despite or in spite of. So it says "Charge an amount greater than the lowest price posted on the commodity itself or on a shelf tag that corresponds to the commodity, despite any limitation of the time period for which the posted price is in effect.

So even if the sale is over they still have to honor the price if they didn't remove the sale tags.

I figure that's where your confusion came from because despite knowing that it is indeed a law here in california, that word made me pause for a moment. I had to look it up myself. The word just feels a little counterintuitive to its actual meaning.

Pay special attention to sections e and f. F lists the only exceptions.

like I said, I was with him in the apartment for the whole two days this has been going on. He hasn't taken anything, and even if he did somehow manage to smuggle in some drugs, I would have seen him do it/take some of it, see the paraphernalia, our apartment is pretty small.
