The way most games end up working unfortunately the slow weapons are usually better because you get more damage in between dodging.

Well, I might not be playing those games. I'm guessing this is maybe Dark Souls logic speaking? When I think of a slow weapon, I think of weapons with a significant windup that leaves you vulnerable.

The most recent game I played where this was relevant was Tokyo Xanadu, where all the slow characters were complete garbage. Admittedly magic was way overpowered in that game, but the fast melee characters had a big edge over the slow ones still.

Still waiting for an explanation as to why he's town. I hear people saying "He's town" but I don't recall them really stating why.

I will try to provide an answer to this. I think kind of 'off' posts, reasoning about play that is frankly a bit suspect, is a good sign of town Zam. He just doesn't guard himself as much as town and likes to come up with his own theories about correct play.

Scum #1 is obviously Zam, 2 is Nana because the only thing at all I recall from them is talking about their RL mafia game, which was later in topic 1 than random bullshit like that should be. 3 is NewDonker who has done what exactly.

For town, 1 and 2 are Chris/Corrik. As I already said Corrik's attack on Chris feel like town Corrik thinking Chris is scum and rushing the lynch because he doesn't think it will happen otherwise.

However Chris' response to the pressure also feels rather towny to me, as does the fact that he's been consistently floating multiple opinions and looking for scum outside of just a main target.

3rd town would be Crescent cause they've done a good job at being consistent and explaining themself.

The mention of Cresc is interesting. Was there a post in particular that made you like them?

Well. Whatever. I have also concluded Chris is scum. I didn't know what to think about this until recently, but what tipped me off in particular is that he keeps referencing where he is and how long it'll be until he can play again. That part just seems really unnatural. He's done it three times since he showed up.

Because Fool hasn't played for years so nobody knows what he's like as a player. Whereas like I said about DYL, he's notorious for only posting when he's town because he hates being scum. Contrast that with someone like me, who's inactive and useless regardless of alignment. Not as helpful

It is true that DYL was significantly more proactive by this point in D1 in Infinity War. So I can see the point of this. Fool should also be posting though regardless.

Maybe the going to bed thing is a major factor. I don't think pinging someone for an answer is a good indicator of scumminess in any normal scenario. Pinging your scumbuddy in topic seems like an unusual thing to do in general.

I believe Alakazam attempted to explain this later by saying that miller claims are likely to be lynched when there are no obvious candidates, in #187. I don't think that's true, but it comes from a different place than the scumslip would have.

I cannot say I have played enough with Deadpool to know when he is being normally bad or scummily bad, but I have played a few games with Zam at least. He's kind of making posts that make him look bad, but I think that's more in line with his town play. I think Zam flies a little lower to the ground as scum.
