Ah I see what they did. The first 2 episodes are free to hook you in, and then they make you pay for the rest of the season. I was so confused when I thought my youtube app had glitched (again) and was displaying an entire episode of a show I was sure was pay-to-view.

Nice of youtube to not region lock it, if nothing else. Still have to wait until I get back to see it though.

You should be able to get a free month trial, that's how I saw the show. Just be sure to cancel auto renew if you don't wan't to keep it.

But seriously, after re watching the original movie, I've come to the conclusion that both Daniel and Johnny are assholes who are quick to anger and resort to violence. In Cobra Kai they seem to of gotten their short tempers under control, but are still assholes.

No video games. DC comics were kinda cheesy and childish. Marvel was just doing monster stories still. Star Wars didn't exist. Not even Star Trek. Anime wasn't much of a thing, especially in the west. But even in Japan I think 50's anime probably sucked. Just Astroboy I think or that might be 60's

and not one person back then felt the slightest bit inconvenienced for not having those things.

The initial premise sounded awful but that trailer looked better than I was expecting.

The trailer was probably every action scene all at once.

When I was 16 I worked at a amusement park for the summer. After closing on the last day of the season we had a cook out for all the employees. Then around 2 AM when everyone was heading home a girl I liked invited me to come hang out at her place. I was to dense to realize at the time girls don't invite guys to their place at 2 AM to just hang out.

I largely agree. But there are enough legitimately good shows (My Hero Academia, in the shell) and guilty pleasures (DBZ) that I cant toss the whole genre in the bin.

That's why I said most anime and I agree waifu anime needs to go. It can also take the idiot/dense MC trope with it.

Everything said so far is why I don't care for death battle and why I like Super power beat down. They're not self proclaimed experts who claim to know who would win in a fight, instead the winner is chosen by fan vote. They use real actors who not only look the part but also accurately portray the character they're playing and when they do use animation for a fight, the animation is good. Here's a example of them using live action and animation.

SwdTech 3 Slash seems to just be a worse version of SwdTech 1 Dispatch, or am I missing something.

Sword Tech 3 does 50% of a targets HP and MP and does damage over time if it hits.

Oh and don't bother with espers that increase speed on level up. Enemy atb continues to charge during attack animations so it will have little to no effect.

I think that Akira Toriyama sometimes doesn't really put much thought into his plots. he's made some cool characters. but some of the stuff doesn't make much sense.
