Nah, UVHM and Digistruct Peak, as well as Dragon keep, Treasure of the Sands, and Hammerlock are most important. They did a bad job with the Torgue DLC but Torgue is entertaining so there's that. The headhunter packs are meh. Only buy if they are on sale. Except the winter one, that one has the easiest chest to farm in the game, still not worth full price though.
