Spell check is terrible. It takes properly spelled words and turns them into misspelled words.

And the speaker phone always muffles my voice. I think it tries to reduce background noise but it ends up muffling my voice so I literally cant even use speakerphone.

Ya I dont plan to switch just cuz I'm cutting and plateau. I'm gonna just keep pushing and make whatever strength gains I can. Once I get to a goal weight I will start a clean bulk and keep doing the same workout.

Also, for ivysaur what I do is squat 3 times per week and I'll add deadlift to every other session if not every 3 sessions if i'm short on time. And I do rows every session and pullups every session.

Only thing is I still want to lose 15 lbs so I just started cutting calories a few days ago, before that I was eating like shit. So I'm just hoping this doesn't effect my progression too much, but it inevitably will. I think my squat and dead wont suffer but my bench will.
