To break it down, I ordered 2 controllers (which I dont plan on keeping), shenmue, smash, megaman 11, megaman x collection, and the CE of valkyria chronicles for about 140

I saved way more on this order than the other one, so yea, as someone mentioned earlier this might be a stock thing more than anything else

The Chocobo races were bad but I lucked out and did them in an hour. I hear it takes some people days and weeks

I actually think the worst thing about completing that game is filling out the sphere grid, since it's pretty much required to take on the super bosses.

My brother uber drives and he's said drunk customers have damaged his seats and dented his car, act completely belligerent, and just randomly give him bad reviews because they're not of good mind and think it's funny.

So I can sorta see where this is coming from

Friendly reminder that uber drivers use their personal cars and it apparently takes just a few bad reviews to get suspended

Dragon Quest 8 on PS2 had a super obscure feature where pressing the left control stick registered as an X input (confirm).

For a game where you're doing a lot of running around talking to people and opening doors/chests outside of battle, I actually used this a lot. You could play the game with your left hand while doing something else with your right (browsing the internet because DQ8 while great, is very slow). I haven't seen any other game do this.

Bravely Default and Bravely Second have a similar thing - pressing right on the d-pad is A and pressing left is B. It's pretty great.

Are there any more? LoM was mentioned too

There Is a whole gaggle of Pegasus units and some dragon units! Memories of Jill!

Some of the nameless (faceless?) Units attacked me and I managed to fend them off. However, the portrait units aren't attacking me. They expressed distaste for the general in the beginning

Maybe they retreat and I can get them later. Nobody can talk to them, at least anybody in my army at the moment

I'm actually really fond of Druag. I like his pompadour and his blue armor, and fortune has been smiling on him because he's actually been getting lots of speed.

I dont do no death runs. If they die then that's on me. I have no qualms with my men biting the dust, especially in this game where they literally have no development other than their death quotes

I started freaking out because I was using my White Mage to heal 2 HP wounds so he could level up , then I realized his staff was about to break. But luckily after I finished the chapter, they started letting me freely go to the armory. Dodged a bullet there

I seem to recall being able to move after you attack, and if you are able to do that in later games, I am definitely missing that right now. But it's literally the first game in the series so I'm willing to forgive it
