You can still play Combat on an Atari 2600 and it plays like you remember it. You may get bored after 5 mins but the game still works. Most of the better NES games still play as well now as they did in the 80s. Hell, they just reskined Duck Tales and it ended up being hugely popular on PSN. Definitely the hard-hitting truth. I think Super Mario Galaxy eclipsed Mario 64, too. And..I was there for Mario 64, and certainly, was a very influential game in the history of gaming. LTTP is my favorite Zelda. Chrono Trigger - dream team... Contra 3...Megaman X series..Super Metroid.. SNES perfected everything.
