Not technically cheating but I used the turtle shell exploit for extra lives in Super Mario Bros. Probably the earliest instance I can think of.

There were more than a few games with password systems for saving progress. For some of them, with a little back-of-the-envelope decryption you could create passwords that would never happen in normal gameplay, and you could start with extra items. That became a game to me in its own right.

While Oblivion had some procedural tools used in its development, it's worth noting that they scrapped them in Skyrim for significantly more hand building. While I don't argue that tons of functional improvements have made games easier that would have only been harder due to poorer design and user interface (hardware and software), design philosophy has also trended toward easier games regardless. Developers have said as much, either overtly or if you read between the lines.

This is something my SO and I wrestle with in our own relationship. I present stereotypically male, but don't really identify as such - I don't really have a gender identity at all as far as I'm concerned. My SO considers herself "gay" to differentiate herself from political lesbianism, and has no interest in guys. She doesn't really consider me a guy either, so she's only bi to the extent that I don't present stereotypically feminine.

What you're describing though, sounds a little closer to genuine bisexuality. You're aroused by men, but I presume do not connect with them on a romantic level, and maybe not even sexually if it involves real-world skin contact. This is where the Kinsey Scale is useful.

That's true even if they do a movie about Diversity Hire Iron Man-Lady, because Tony Stark would still be part of that story in some capacity.

There is no option where the character retires AND RDJ says he's done AND there isn't speculation or potential pitches on a new Iron Man story.

But the thing with Iron Man, he's super rich so he could really just retire from being a super hero whenever he wants without dying. And that would even fit with the character. It's different with Cap since he's a character that wouldn't ever stop fighting so for him you would have to kill off the character if the actor was done.

That makes some sense from an in-universe perspective. I'm not thinking of this from an in-universe perspective. I'm thinking of this from the perspective of RDJ dragging his feet until they write a death scene.

Also, in-universe the theme of Iron Man 3 was putting Iron Man to rest, and out-of-universe that clearly didn't work out for someone wanting to step away from the role. Killing off Tony Stark is the next logical step.
