Libel is a Civil case. The requirements for finding Libel to be true is far lower than that in a criminal case.

From the sounds of it, the video alone is enough to prove to a small claims court that he did indeed coerce people into having sex.

So, no. Thats in no way libel simply because the criminal case hasnt concluded.

the other reason I prefer the comic is that Cap is more selfless. he has a clear bias agenda in the movie. in the comics he actually had no stake in the debate. but he fought anyway, cause he felt it was the right thing to do. it makes him look heroic. but the movie I think wanted fans to be able to pick sides and debate on who was right. the comic very clearly depicted Cap as in the right and Iron Man as in the wrong.

No accounts of any like that happening. All accounts and evidence indicate that Zimmerman was getting beat with indication that he started a physical altercation.

Following somebody is not illegal nor is it justification for them being attacked. Could the whole thing have been avoided if George Zimmerman never followed him. Most likely. Would Trayvon Martin still be alive had he never turned around and gone back to attack Zimmerman? Also most likely. Ultimately, it was Trayvon Martin who attacked, not Zimmerman.
