Comedy tent line up is kind of garbage too, but last year they had a lot of cancellations that made the stated line up appear better than what we actually got so eh I guess it depends what youre going for For me this is easily the best lineup since 2015 (although with somewhat boring headliners). Most of this is due to how much, particularly last year, they focused on acts that appeal to younger audiences, and lost a lot of what made Roo unique among music festivals. Were all in our late 20s/early 30s, so there is a lot more weve grown up with. Like, last year other than U2 and RHCP the number of acts around longer than ten years was in the single digits. And theres stuff like Chic, Amadou & Miriam, and Noura Mint Semali that arent super common bookings --- The words of The Golden Eel have been revealed...
