For men, I think, sex almost is, unironically, a necessity like food, water, and shelter. It's why young men who go without sex for an extended period of time start going fucking crazy.

They either wallow is self-destructive behavior and thoughts or turn bitter and hostile. Or both.

Give them a good lay and it'll probably clear their heads. Goodness knows, when I'd gone without sex for a month or more I'd get really irritable, spiteful, etc. But then I'd get laid, the fog would clear, and even I could see I was being an asshole.

This is definitely a valid point, but I think its a little exaggerated. I went for over a year without sex when my first girlfriend broke up with me. I didnt go crazy, and was even normal enough to get other girlfriends. I can see why an incel would be driven crazy by it, considering they've never experienced sex, but I feel its a little overblown to say men will go "crazy" if they dont have sex for a while.

This. Tipping culture is just the owners trying to weasel out of paying a fair wage, although on the other hand most servers at good (and good is the key word) restaurants make quite a bit over the minimum wage with tips included. Perhaps tipping culture is better for the workers, although it would really depend on the restaurant.
