The unfortunate side effect to this is that it drives off people who would have been committed to the job moreso than the administration, and leaves only die-hard Trump supporters filling those positions

The upside is they've all but run out of those. The downside is they've all but run out of people to hire, and the entire administration has been way understaffed from day 1.

The movie wasn't as horrible as it was made out to be but it just felt like it had too much filler.

I think the general consensus is the home release (which added some scenes) did minimally improve it, but it's still garbage. It was just garbage on fire in the theatrical cut.

I could understand if she only kept it from Poe, given that their first interaction is her deriding him for being an idiot who gets people needlessly killed (which is the entire point of his development through the film, culminating in him not running out guns blazing against Kylo). They are not the same thing, so no. Bisexuality is the attraction to either gender, while pansexuality is attraction to someone regardless of gender identity. Gender identity matters to bisexuals but not pansexuals.
