His fin is his weakness. If Hawkeye has plot armor, he disables Yondu in a flash. Though Black Widow would also somehow be fast enough to reach Yondu because the movies like exaggerating Black Widow's power level all the time

Oh yeah plot armor would definitely be Black Widow's only (realistic) defense. Hawkeye might be able to loose an arrow and his/knock off/disable Yondu's fin before Yondu's arrow gets to Hawkeye (assuming disabling the fin stops all the arrow's momentum and just sends it flopping to the ground).

I mean depending on how "stuck" the stones are in the gauntlet, his only hope would be to knock a stone out with a precise hit somehow.

Otherwise Thanos just space stones it somewhere else, or power stones it to dust, or time stones it backwards, etc.

It means you won, yes. Generally, fleeing an argument is equated to losing... to a certain extent. If person A says to person B something controversial, and person B says "I'm not having this argument" (and may or may not block you), then person B isn't melting down or losing just yet. They're just avoiding an argument for whatever reason.

Now, if person A and B go back and forth over a significant portion of time with a fair number of exchanges, showing that both parties are indeed invested in the argument, and then one of them gets the last word and blocks the other, effectively "running away," then yes, that person has completed the meltdown and has lost the argument.
