episode 7 was a wasted opportunity, i agree. should have saved eight for next season with a better storyline.

the entire episode was shot poorly, had poor acting, and the plot was awful. and then emo eleven? is this fucking spiderman 3?

but it definitely gets better after that. i really don't know how they are going to stretch the main story another 2 seasons tbh. it's definitely losing steam and the kids aren't getting any younger.

sbux has great take home coffee. usually go with veranda or guatamala. their instant coffee will get you buzzed in no time too (if youre into that)

the drip coffee from the store usually tastes like shit cuz it isnt prepared correctly (worked there for a minute).

right now, just sipping on a columbian blend from Trader Joes. use an electric grinder where i can adjust coarseness.

anyone mess with cold brew? havent been able to find a good make-at-home blend. bought this already made stok brand from the store a few months back and really enjoy it. nice and smooth~

all about the diet. lower your carbohydrate(sugar) intake. once you start the weight loss, your insulin levels should drop.

add more vegetables to your diet. fresh or frozen will always taste better than canned garbage. you can make veggies taste delicious if you know how to cook them.

potassium helps regulate blood pressure as well (found in: avocados, sweet potatoes, spinach, watermelon, edamame, yogurt)

choose water over anything youre used to drinking regularly. your sweet tooth will go away eventually.

also, high sodium intake =/= hypertension. thats outdated information from a shit study that was done in the 50s. obviously keep track of what you eat (moderation is key), but sodium intake shouldnt be a top priority for you.
