I use a can of Coke as my comparison standard for sugar with drinks because I know that if you drink one/day and then quit, you will lose weight. Also compare granola bars to candy bars and compare those protein drinks and stuff. Another one to watch out for is those healthy, active cereals like Kashi. That stuff has the same level of sugar as Cinnamon Toast Crunch (my phone capitalized that for me). --- Stand for the anthem or sit for the game! |

Their best bet is to remain a neutral nation, because they have so much trade and commerce. Half of the country is untamable wilderness, which people have tried to conquer for years and years. Apparently, I resembled the suspect. The guy drove behind me on the bike trail and ordered me to turn around and get in my knees and the get on my face with my hands out. Then I was cuffed. He had placed a massive shotgun (I swear it was bigger than a 12g) on the ground in between us and his car and pulled his pistol on me. I know this sounds unbelievable, but I wasnt even scared. I just cooperated because Im smart, and before I knew it, the guy said he was sorry and offered to drive me home. He said that somebody had illegedly pulled a gun at Raisin Canes (a drive through restaurant). --- Stand for the anthem or sit for the game! |
