After my almost 2 year hiatus from here, I have finished all the classes in my physician assistant program at the top of my class. I start treating my first real patients on Tuesday (under a preceptor). I am excited, anxious, overwhelmed...but holy shit. I start practicing medicine in 2 days. Life goal has arrived. ---
