Thunderblight Ganon. The timing to block its flashstepping attack isn't really intuitive and later in the fight, screwing up means dropping your shield and weapon unless they happen to not be metal.

Also the horseback Dorf battle in TP is usually easy, but if you get knocked off your horse one time, it can be really hard to get back into a position to attack again. It's kinda like Gohma in WW, where if you immediately grapple Valoo's tail, you can safely make it to the upper level for all three hits, but if you miss or are too slow, it's hard to find a safe time to do it at all.

Also also Puppet Ganon. Hitting that little orb on his tail while it's zipping around like that is tricky your first time.

For the record, I haven't played most of the 2d games and don't really remember the bosses from them.

Wet peanut butter. I love the stuff, but when I'm done, I'm sure to wipe the knife/spoon/whatever off before throwing it in the sink. When people put a peanut butter-covered utensil in the water in the sink, it's nauseating. Obscenely low catch rates in Pokemon. If I went through all the trouble of assembling a team that can reliably knock a legendary Pokemon down to 1HP and put it to sleep, then I deserve a better catch rate than like 2% with an Ultra Ball. This series is supposed to be for kids, dammit.

Not exactly multiplayer, but Miiverse functionality in games. It made the already improved sailing in Wind Waker HD even more fun cuz you could pick up bottles while sailing and find silly posts or even good pictures to complete your Nintendo Gallery. Other games that incorporated Miiverse were neat, too. You could find Miis between stages in Mario 3D World sharing dumb drawings or hints and the Miiverse stage in Smash Wii U let you see posts about the combatants in the background. None of this was revolutionary or even important to the games, but it was kind of special to see other people actually enjoying and having fun with the same game as you while you were playing it.

Actually, in my experience the one who picked the place/made the date tends to pay. You don't invite your date out for a meal together just to turn around and have them pay for it. If it's a second or subsequent date, you start taking turns more or less.

There was plenty to do in SA2B. Five missions per level that made you focus on different things in each mission, branching paths, style points, 1.5 fun multiplayer modes. The chao were amazing of course, but the main game had a lot to offer as well.

MM on Gamecube sucks because it freezes randomly. This might not be a problem if you could just save any time, but due to the way the game is structured, you can basically only save when you're resetting time. This means that the more involved quests are a risk because you can lose all your progress at any time. It also discourages being really productive within a single cycle. It doesn't happen that often, but when it does, it will ruin your life. It's kinda sketchy that the game warns you about "minor sound issues" when you start it up, but it's actually referring to straight up freezing. Still, if it's your only chance to play the game, I'd say go for it cuz MM is a blast.
