Unlike literally everyone else valve made their changes on the down low without really spamming it in the users faces. I only noticed something was amiss when I noticed I couldnt see what some people in a chat I was in were playing.

You have to play 1 round to enter a planet. Then you can just say on that planet and do nothing.

Did you go into your inventory? If that doesn't work I got nothing. Maybe restart steam.

Hmm, strange, gonna guess it's the steam card notifications?

No idea. Got it to go away by earning another. Atleast it is gone now.
