and sleep about 7 to 8 hours so about 16 hours are spend on a screen of some sort.

I've always been addicted to a screen though since I was 5 or 6.

I did invisble bench press with two soup cans

and bicep curls with a chunkys soup can

then I walked in place for 11 mins

then I walked for 30 mins burned about 300 calories while only eating a salad and jello for dinner after having a big mac combo with Regular coke

I eat like shit and still have a moderate six pack.

I have tons of time to kill most of that time is spent sitting down or laying down if I halved my Activity level and sedentry level I'd lose weight?
