That's because they're not fair minded. There are two options that fair minded people would pick between (note: option 1 is much, much better):

1) People are, except in rare circumstances, not punished at work for what they say in their private lives
2) Everyone gets punished and held accountable at work for what they say in their private lives, even when it's something trivial

SJWs are butthurt because they actually want option #3, which is that they get to control speech and only people who say things that they don't like get fired. And that's actually how it was for a good chunk of Obama's administration until Conservatives started fighting back.

Conservatives would much prefer option #1, but because SJWs have essentially become the thought police we have to go with option #2. And SJWs are now salty as fuck that their own methods are being used against them.

What if I have a son. And he lives in a world where being gay is common and accepted and because he sees them getting married he turns out gay. I don't want a gay son.
