Your blood type should never matter. I don't know what science they're using, but all your blood type does is make sure you don't get malaria (if you're type O) as for the rest, it's to make sure you don't steal someone's blood without consequence. That's about all blood type does. There is no magic about it that prevents you from losing weight or gives consequences if you eat certain foods. That's insane. As for detoxing...drink god damned water instead of cancer juice/soda. If you only ever drink water you don't put garbage calories. Seriously once you start exercising and realize how pointless soda is, you'll get angry you ever started drinking it. It tastes great but it does shit for you, you can only drink like 8 ounces of it which isn't even that much, and you drank 200 calories worth of bullshit which doesn't even make you feel full. Holy fuck does soda suck. It pisses me off even thinking about it. This is coming from someone who used to probably drink a 2 liter bottle like every 3 days? 2 days? I know when I was in puerto rico at age 12? 14? I would drink about a bottle every day. Fucking ridiculous. --- |

Your body takes its damn precious time getting to lipolysis (breaking down your triglycerides), but when it does, your products are heat (you get hotter when you exercise), water (you sweat and piss after exercise), CO2 (you exhale that out), and ATP (that shit that gives you energy to even exercise). If you aren't gasping for air and sweating pools of water and turning into a furnace when you exercise, you aren't exercising. If you're a 500 pound guy then yeah, walking is exercise. But if you're sub 300, it is doable for you to begin at least intermediate exercise. And you're wondering as well...dastig why do I have to exercise for so long? 1 to 2 hours? You're insane man! Well...that's another great function of our body that it has to burn off all the sugars/glucose/glycogen. This has it's own pathway called the glycolytic pathway (our main big time energy boost, this shit gives you lot's of energy, it's why we fucking love sugar), which then leads to a ton of energy, water, and Pyruvate, which undergoes the krebs/citric acid cycle (if you're doing aerobic metabolism) to generate CO2 and use water. Basically, you burn your glucose stores first and then once you finish burning all the glucose, then you get to the real meat of it, ketosis, where you ACTUALLY burn fat. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half of legitimate exercise to get there. You usually have about 1400-2000 calories worth of glycogen stored in your body. Which is why you gotta get rid of that shield of bullshit before you can get to burning fat. For me...it's about 1000 calories burned per hour. If you do this kind of exercise daily, your body won't have time to restore glycogen, especially if you diet. You eat 1500 calories in a day, how the fuck is your body going to save up glycogen? It can't so you'll be burning roughly I have no fucking clue but lets say there's 1000 glycogen stored. Work out for 2000 calories? You're working on fat there instead of glycogen. Sure you can force your body into ketosis and steadily burn fat that way. I'm not exactly sure of how effective it is or how fast you see results. I know people are always about results immediately. In theory it should work honestly. But this is definitively the reason why some people "exercise" and still don't lose weight. Or people "diet" and still don't lose weight. They still don't get around that glycogen shield that protects the fat. --- |

Target obviously wasn't going to let this through, but I was hoping just maybe they would. And they did, but they cancelled my brother's order and my friends. Same for you too. I have only PAX East indie showcase to thank for seeing 20XX honestly. Ever since crypt of the necrodancer at PAX East, which I saw and walked away without trying it because I thought it was lame, I've given most indie games a fair shot and a close look when I go to PAX East. I dedicate a day to it, or at least large blocks of time when I can in between panels. I don't ever want to miss a "big" indie game again. I don't think undertale ever appeared, but damn if it did...I'd probably walk by it if I didn't give it more than 5 minutes. I'll probably give 20xx a shot when I get a switch. I believe it's out for that. --- |

Even the bad guys are different too. How the book started was with Wade in school primarily and he was a poor as f*** kid. There was no massive car race. He didn't meet artemis until much later on, and hell I-Rok wasn't some side kick either. Daito and Shoto don't get met until much later on much less on "friendly terms." I dunno I thought the movie was decent, but the book was much better and did the 80's justice. The movie did look cooler, but I think it wasn't as cool as the book. In that dance club scene, there's some crazier stuff that happens other than creating a dance floor, and the reason for going there was vastly different. Not to mention that Wade didn't get the Delorean UNTIL the dance scene, whereas he apparently starts with it. Cool nod that they can miniaturize it, because that was explained a bit better in the books. There's a lot more real life action that happens and it gets a lot darker and bleak in the book. I still think Ready Player One's plot is rather weak, but then again it was Cline's first novel. But I would still highly recommend the book to read if you enjoyed the movie. It's worth the read just so you can see all the differences and there are many. I've just been on a massive sci-fi other world binge and so far this was the weakest of the four books I've read. Still fun read though. Relatively short too. --- |

Whenever a doctor looks up your previous results they'll probably ask if you still do marijuana or smoke etc. However, the current doctor will probably ask you about it, and mark it down in your notes something like patient smokes/eats edibles, was advised not to do it next time. It's the same thing that'd be written if you were smoking normal cigarettes, pt advised not to smoke, interferes with medications blah blah blah. Same for alcohol. At least that's how it worked with the doctor I shadowed. So whoever says they don't care, is somewhat correct. But it WILL be marked on file and it WILL be noticed. Whether it has any effects on judgement by other doctors depends on the type of doctor you have. --- |

I honestly think it's a nerve compression type thing that is caused by your form. The shittier your form gets the more impact you can have on that nerve that causes your foot to go numb. It usually recovers after a bit though right? It shouldn't be something that persists for long though. For me it lasts about the mile I sprint and disappears when I slow down to recover for a minute. I would recommend a sport's therapist who could be more familiar with this kind of problem that is aggravated by exercise rather than a normal doctor or a certain leg or foot specialist. --- |

Usually saturday on Pax East sells out first so everyone goes on saturday. Friday people go after, and sunday is sort of a dead day for people as they prepare to leave early etc. I'd honestly try to avoid Sunday if you can choose ONLY one day, or go to two days. --- |

Which is understandable because he has a direct line to them for games etc. But it can be very apparent in some reviews. Biggest proof of this is his review on Star Fox Zero.  Maybe he's right that people were harsh on it, but it shouldn't get to the point that you loved the game. But oh well, I'm probably just biased. It does seem apparent though that he really loves nintendo no matter what. --- |
