GameStop pays the least for a game that they think people will be willing to take because they know that most people will just take it since any method that would make them more money for the game (selling online or locally or whatever) takes too much effort to justify the difference.

Honestly, I think they were on the right track to huge financial gain with the PowerPass plan they rolled out for like a day or two last year. Rental is where they could make a killing, and allowing the renter to come back in as often as they'd like to swap games gets them back in the store where they are more likely to pre-order a new game or buy an overpriced toy. They really need to fix their software and get the program back up and running again.

other suggestion: add an option to put the flair before the topic title.

You don't want to see it but you want it first? Strange. No, you can't turn them off but they are intentionally designed not to stick out like a sore thumb. Putting them first would make all the topic titles not align properly and look unappealing.

Turn the flairs from a one-off search into togglable buttons so we can turn "off" flairs we're not interested in, while viewing multiple flairs we do care about.

We're going to look into allowing exclusion of one (or more) flairs, along with remembering what you selected (and not just defaulting to All). Will probably take a bit (if we do it, that is) as it's a big reworking of how it works.

Decided to dip out. Just not holding my interest anymore. Too focused on co-op and I enjoy mobile games because I can play them on my own time solo.

My playtime on this game has massively dropped. Basically just doing the daily 10 missions. Got Ramuh to lv 20. Haven't done any co-op since before Prishe event. Might drop this one out of the rotation, has gotten pretty boring and co-op just takes too long and isn't that fun.

Gotten Ramuh to 18, close to 19. Haven't burned my morning energy yet as I've been too busy to do so. Faris is still lv 1 so I can get some free refreshes. Hoping to hit 20 today so I can move on. Haven't tried the EX yet but generally speaking these are easy bosses so hoping that's not too hard.

Actually contemplating skipping Prishe co-cp completely as from what I've read, it's not very fun. This is really my backup mobile game anyway (main is Summoners War) so I'm not super worried about 100%ing everything.

Well to be fair, the mods can't do anything so they weren't wrong. I've been watching this the past few days and I've reached the point where I'd rather field complaints internally about removing ads for some users than have the users have to deal with it. That tends to get things resolved more quickly.

That is literally not how it works. You wouldn't be escalated from something that would've been NKL'd to a Warning because you have a few NWDs on your record. The only escalation you would get due to NWDs on your account is another NWD being escalated to an NKL. What would've been a Notification in the past would be an NKL instead. Warnings and Suspensions were not affected by this update whatsoever and if you got Warned now, you would've been Warned before.

Already talked to the ad folks a few times this week and mentioned that the number of mobile complaints is on the rise again. Considering no one's actually using the Report Ad link at the bottom of the site, there is basically nothing to work with aside from anecdotes.

Yes, I realize that if an ad were to redirect you then you wouldn't be able to click it, but you also have to realize that these things are nearly impossible to reproduce without being able to see patterns in os/browser/location/etc. If you can actually use the Report Ad link, it's even better because we capture all of the ads that were loaded for you when you click it, which often means we have the exact ad identified and can very quickly remove it.

I know a lot of people here like to talk about how it's just a super rampant problem and how it makes no sense that we can't find and stop it, but that isn't how malicious advertising works. Finally, I suppose it's worth stating that this is just as frustrating for me as it is for you. Without advertising, there isn't a GameFAQs, but they certainly are not supposed to be disrupting the user experience and we as a company do take these things very seriously. I have gone so far as to completely pull down advertising on the site when it has affected too many people and would have no qualms doing it again if it gets that far, but I don't have enough data to make a call that drastic right now. All I can do is urge everyone to use the Report Ad link. You can even just take a screenshot of the page you get redirected to and send us that. Anything to work with is better than nothing and we currently have zero reports filled out about redirects.

Decided to throw down on Prishe since I was a hardcore FFXI player back in the day and really like Prishe. 50k crystals and 15 tickets, no 35cp weapon. :( Got enough of her 15cp to MLB it though, and for some reason 7 King weapons, so at least I was able to LB my NT sword for Cloud again from all the crap I got.

There's a very noticeable red "Report Ad" link in the site footer (shows up on every page). If you get a malicious ad, please click it. It will send us every bit of info possible about the ads that are on the page when you clicked, which can help us get rid of the ad very quickly.

I got the full Complete on Tidus 50 on my first try, didn't realize it was hard until I started reading up on reddit. I used Tidus (with Brotherhood), Cloud, and Vaan. Finished up the 800k mark on Eiko, need to max Tidus at 50/50 and maybe level up Chocobo a bit (it's 11 now) then I'll feel ready for Tidus co-op. Though I hear it's really easy so that's all probably overkill.
