I think he made some bad decisions (targeting an American citizen in a drone attack is top of the list), but overall I think he did good things for our country. Walking across the Golden Gate Bridge is a really touristy thing to do but pretty awesome nevertheless. Highway 1/101 is a great way to see the coast of CA. If you just want to get there, take I-5. If there was a disconnect between how you thought you were doing and how your manager thought you were doing, you need to evaluate why your perceptions were so different. What is your field? Does it have good long-term prospects? Is there any reasoning with your dad, such as presenting a plan of action and target date to move out? Is there any room for negotiation?
