I don't know anyone who does and i haven't seen a payphone in years yet someone on discord had to say "yeah don't own a smartphone and see no reason for anything outside my lanline home phone" I don't own a smartphone, but that doesn't mean I need to own a landline. I rarely use my phone so I have a pre-paid flip phone that costs me $100/year. That's cheaper than the cheapest landline service you can get nowadays.
