nothing really of note, they just match the fact that you played that game with any ads of theirs you might have clicked on.

The issue here is that the user wasn't informed in a reasonable manner that that sort of data would be collected about them and therefore invasion of privacy.

My wife loooooves it.
I dont love it but I dont hate it either. But the way it drives her crazy makes it worth it. Its strictly after shower only. And Ive never had any issues with it. Doesnt really smell or taste that much different than other areas. And it is kinda hot I guess.

Ehh the lying sucks. Talk to her about it. If its really something that never happens. Shell apologize and just let it slide this time. No need to ruin everything over $400. If she cares shell learn from this and it wont happen again.
My wife and I have a joint bank account. All the bills get paid from it and if theres ever something we want we just mention it to each other. Less of an asking permission thing and more just making sure its not going to mess anything up. I dont know if she had planned to pay something this week and me spending $100 would make it so she couldnt or whatever. So we check everything over and make sure it wont cause any problems.
Tell her she can be open and honest about stuff. Tell her it wouldve been way cooler if you guys got the switch together and set it all up and played it together.
I dont know. I just know from personal experience that communication prevents a whole lot of problems.
