| Sir_Specter 04/14/18 3:18:40 PM #9 | Maybe I should have instead said that most folks who experienced a problem like that had it happen to a 7th generation console since there are quite a few here complaining about ps3s. I never had a Sony console til ps4 and hardly anyone I know had a ps3, so my sample size there was small. |

My 360 still works, but I didn't use it nearly as much so it's not really an apples-to-apples comparison. I played the hell out of my 360s, admittedly. It had a great library for the first half of its life cycle before triple A game companies changed their business model and the games stopped being worth even the price of the disc they're minted on. I do remember hearing similar problems with PS3, now that you mention it, including a few reports of fires when it was left on too long. Man, what a fucked up console generation. |
