When I was in HS I was at 155 like you. Im willing to bet that you aren't eating enough calories. Track what you eat for a month and see if you are hitting your required macro nutrients. You may also have to re evaluate your workout routine in order to reach your goals. Roman wasn't built in a day and neither is a Roman God physique. --- |
