Drugs really are bad, and it's sad that that statement has been a running joke for decades.

I've seen too many people fall into the trap, and they all say the same thing. They thought they had control. They though it wasn't a problem.

Like driving to fast around a turn. You think you have control until you don't. Then it's too late.

That's...pretty typical Belleville.

Good example, knew a guy who's dad was a city councillor. His son that I knew was more known for selling cocaine, and fighting people outside restaurants downtown.

I've known similar family situations. It really makes me wonder how one or two generations can really lose all traction towards making a better life for the next generation.

Not that it's surprising that this occurs. But more from a perspective of people working hard to make their family life better and elevating their standard of living, only to have it turn to waste in the next generation
