pasta is king

is it as bad as people say? i skipped it. i played sun and beat like 75% of the game and just quit due to being busy working 70 hours a week and had no life for awhile. did the same with black 2. just got boring since it was too similar to black.

i'll probably buy ultra sun eventually just to give it a try.

i still don't really get how myspace just randomly disappeared with how popular it was.

oh yeah they changed to this god awful layout that literally made everyone leave for facebooks simple design.

myspace was pretty great though. i do miss all the customization you could do on your page. the top 8 was cancer though. but back then it was fine to consider who your top 8 was.

needs to be harsher. they were supposed to get life in prison so how is that gonna get dropped to no prison time? they should at least get a year to scare the shit out of them and straighten them up.

oblivion guide and oblivion guide game of the year both work normally.

148 episodes isn't really that many. at least it wasn't 700+ like i did recently with naruto. took me like a year to get through the original and shippuden. 148 episodes is only about 50 hours to watch them all. they're about 20 minutes skipping the intro and outro.

it's one of my favorite anime. i watched the original + OVAs and '11 and '11 is definitely the way to watch it. the manga is in a new arc post anime and i have like 5 more issues to get caught up. not sure if it's on another hiatus or not. i know the writer has been taking his time with it now but he's been more consistent then he used to be with it and taking years off at a time which is why they ended up rebooting it after the years. hopefully after the current arc is over we'll get a continuation in the anime for it.

i always liked him. he has solid stats. like mentioned swift swim helps to make him competitive.

so they want casuals to buy a console of super simple games? they're trying to make a console version of mobile games but worse. like nobody is gonna buy this and if this is gonna be dead by 2020.

toys r us screwed themselves. i remember going there and the games were always $60. none ever had a price drop. even the old gamecube and ps2 games were still full priced after the wii and ps3 were out. then all the toys were way more expensive then you'd find in other places. they did have a much larger selection to pick from though. they could have prevented all this if they stayed competitive.

they'll just divide cali into a few states.

if they really left then the US can just go conquer them. who's gonna stop it? cali would have no army anymore.

avatar was just the first real 3d movie so it really sucked you in and wasn't like the garbage 3d from years before. i saw it twice in theater and then watched it after the blu ray came out and it wasn't nearly as good. the theater was what made the movie. avatar 2 won't do nearly the same.

they're losing some good movies but i didn't even know any of them were on netflix. i never really use it except to watch the originals or the office.

they just finished cuphead? i'm not too far behind. i'm just getting the timestamps and watching the vids that are more interesting to me and skipping a lot. i don't have 100+ hours to spend watching this. contra race is my next one.

for those that watched skyward sword is it worth watching? it's 5 hours long and i just skipped through it for like 5 minutes. i only beat 3 dungeons in the game and quit cause i was sick of motion controls by then. always did wanna go back and play it sometime since that and minish cap are the 2 i haven't really played much.

i was able to cast from twitch on my computer and then restart it to install updates and it kept casting. so i'm guessing on your phone you could cast something and it would still work even if your phone died.

twitch does it too. it's always done it for me on mobile. i use it on my browser. i don't have the app.

youtube just started doing it the last couple days.

yea i've had tax for years already. it might be a state by state thing but now all states are doing it i think.

tax doesn't apply to ebay right?

that is a long time. especially for married people. like if you been married a long time and older i can understand but anyone younger i would think you'd try to have sex like at least once a week.

NHL games are great if they're your first one. like any other sports games, they all feel the same after a while. but the NHL games introduced a good new control scheme that was really hot shit for a while

when did they do that? i have NHL 08 i think. but don't think i really played any since. i did like how it controls from what i remember.

i know a lot of people love fifa but what about the others? i used to play a lot but haven't bought one since the ps3 days except for madden 16 which still felt the same as ps3.

i was really big in nba 2k but haven't bought one since 2k14. 2k11 was the best one IMO on the ps3 and then they kept getting a little worse each one but were still pretty good. was 2k18 an improvement? i was considering 2k19 when that comes out.

i haven't played nhl in like 10 years. how are those now?

what about baseball? i haven't owned a baseball game since ps2. the only one i have now is ken griffey jr baseball on n64 and that's been my favorite one.

could add in the WWE games. i haven't played since 2k13 but pretty much everyone on the ps3 felt pretty much the same so i lost interest in those.

fantastic 4. the 2005 one. never saw the newer one.

i try and only eat out like once a week. some i cook a few times a week and have leftovers to a lot so i don't have to cook everyday. i don't think i'm a great cook but i do know how to cook more than most people it seems but mostly easier stuff.

i'm trying to come up with more side options outside of potatoes. i'm not huge on veggies or rice but did buy some today to try and eat more healthy options.

so like a 5 minute walk? if so take the change if you hate math that much and don't mind having to come up with new material. if you keep doing it then it'll only be this year to come up with new material and then you can just keep teaching the same stuff.

I have the S9+ and it's close enough for me. the screens plenty big. i don't really need that extra 2% screen space.

are you doing more work with the change? or is your first class just like a 10 minute homeroom thing just to get attendance and then you leave? does it pay the same?

I live alone with 2 bathrooms. both full although the guest one is pretty small. have a friend supposed to move in soon so he'll get that one.

I hate going to friends that only have 1 bathroom. especially if you're drinking and have to pee every 5 minutes and someone randomly decides to shower and you just have to hold it.

is there a demo? or anyone get to play it? if so how good is it? it's honestly the game that's probably gonna make me buy the switch. i loved mario tennis on 64 and from what i seen the game looks amazing.

kinda funny that mario odyssey was what i originally planned to buy a switch for and i still haven't. but a mario spinoff will make me get it.

for gen 1 it's tangela i think. like nobody knows there was a pure grass type in gen 1.

i doubt that's true. i live close to detroit and work with a bunch of people from detroit and none have said they can't get on youtube. i'm sure plenty use comcast since it's the biggest provider in michigan by far. my parents have it and i can get on youtube fine there(although they're not in detroit).

used to do it a lot for games but i would just show up like 12:15-12:30 and get in line for the game. did it a few times for movies but now i usually just wait till later in the weekend or the weekend or so after.

can't wait to sell comics and get $1 for 10 and then to turn around and see each one for $10.

i still haven't bought a switch but this might be the game to make me get it. i been wanting one for mario but held off. i doubt they drop the price this year so guess i don't have much reason to wait longer.

no since you don't know why they're there and most min wage jobs now pay $10+ an hour. it's better then them being jobless and just living off their parents. it could be a 2nd job for extra money. fast food is flexible for a 2nd job. but even if it's their only job at least they have a job. most of the older people i see late at night are nice and pretty cool. lot better then a lot of teems you usually see.

jolteon has always been one of my favorites. liked sylveon a lot in game. not sure how viable many are in competitive except for jolteon is pretty good. then with z moves it does have it's special one with baton pass. +2 to everything being passed to another poke is pretty damn good. just need eevee to be able to survive to use it tho.

you can't evolve it though. it'll be stuck as normal eevee.

so that's confirmed? i figured that's how it would work which makes it weird. they're both bad pokemon. pikachu has speed at least but both are gonna go down in like 1 hit and not be able to do much damage. in pokemon yellow i just traded my pikachu away cause he wouldn't evolve.

if the previous tenants stole everything can't they get them back? like shouldn't their be a police report and insurance to cover that stuff? i would think there would be something that protects the landlords from that.

i been saying new consoles in 2020 for a few years. most gens last around 6~ years. ps4 has been out almost 5 years now. so were due for a new console soon.

but the consoles can't really get THAT much better then they are now. it's more fine tuning and 4k support for the new systems. graphic wise the jump from ps4 to ps5 will be minimal. from a distant they'll look rather similar. like the jump from ps3 to ps4 wasn't that big. the last of us and stuff that are on both systems look similar enough. of course the ps4 looks better but it's not like as big of a jump as ps1 to ps2 was or anything.

grill up a nice steak dinner and get a case of beer. if you have some friends invite them over to game. if not game online and talk shit to people.

probably not enough people playing to justify costs for the servers. but it's weird they're shutting down ps4 games. they should keep all of those going. like i get shutting down ps3 servers if not many people are even playing the games anymore.

it's creeping up to 70 in my house. i had to turn on the heat the past couple days cause it got down to like 55.

and is there an update on what's gonna happen with the dog? like i get your point about not wanting to spend the money on the surgeries. my moms dog was like 11 and we had to put it down cause it had cancer. like after like 10-12 or so it's hard to put in the money to try to save them when you don't know if it'll even work. even if it does you're only gonna be getting a few more years. but your ex loves her dog and i can see her not wanting to give up yet. but that could end up being like 100k in surgeries or something.
