While it's terrible to give anyone death threats over a damn movie it's really stupid to go after the actors involved. They didn't write the script or come up with the characters. It's a shame that Best, Jake Lloyd, and Hayden Christensen got shit for things not under their control. Still, even death threats to George Lucas is insane.

I don't give a shit about whether they care about the risk to themselves, it's their body. No skin off my back. The problem here is from second hand smoke. This problem doesn't exist with alcohol and narcotics. While boozy breath smells gross, it's not something that's a problem to avoid like smoke is. And there's no second hand snorting of cocaine or heroin either.

But the people of Europe and Asia literally don't care. They smoke outside, sometimes inside, they smoke with their kids, they just don't care.

As someone who drinks, smokes and does drugs...it's cute how you turn second hand smoke into the devil while trivializing all crimes and accidents that happen due to alcohol and drugs.
The amount of structural, monetary, psychological, physical,... damages those cause are insane. But you don't give 2 shits about that because of a bad smell.

When the frequency of sexual abuse in children is as high as it is, it's not unreasonable to be EXTREMELY cautious of those sort of behaviors from adults.

I was a camp counselor during my teens and work with mentally disabled youths as an adult. In both trainings we were immediately taught to never let a child sit on your lap and such as the parents might perceive it as something else.
I could've been royally fucked years ago due to my caring nature. Had a 14 year old girl with Down's ask me to change her maxipad while I was an intern, no other adults in sight and this poor girl was seeping through her pants. I helped her out and told my female mentor about it later. She said it was an incredibly dumb thing to do, but she was also proud of me as not many 18 year old boys would've helped the girl like that

Back when the game was first released, the UI was nearly identical to PUBG's. So were the game rules (how the barrier shrank, for example). It's one thing to copy an idea, it's another thing to copy the execution of the idea, which in some areas Fortnite devs were and are guilty of.

Look at the Hunger Games vs Battle Royale comparisons of old.

Both had similar ideas, but dramatically different executions. For example, the game rules were vastly different.
