I don't get why the fired people in these false claim things don't sue the social media witch hunt brigades.

In the UK there are pretty much law firms specializing in that stuff now.

You've got he false claim which is demonstrably false now (in the UK this is well above the level of 'proof' that would be needed, the person making the claim about you has to prove it's true rather than you that it's false).

You've got the result of that claim, your sacking.

You then use the amount of twitter or facebook or whatever social media followers on an account to show the reach the person has to cause the damage with the false claim.

Anyone under a certain follower amount has to pay a nominal fee to a charity and issue a non removable apology. Anyone over the follower amount has a certain amount of time to settle or they face full legal action.

This woman would probably have at least 50 or so high profile tweeters who she could take to the cleaners. I bet some aren't backing down even now.

It's not that they're happy about being fat or anything, I actually think that's sort of a good thing if you're happy to just accept yourself as you are. It's not something I'd choose for myself but it's not something that bothers me in anyway.

What confuses/bothers me is how upset the fat pride people get when you point out that they're fat.

Fat acceptance movement individuals get so upset about normal sized people calling them fat or pointing out their mass they want to make it a criminal offense to call people fat and stuff.

We've see the fat models having a right go this week because they're being told they're too fat for the victoria secret show. I thought they were proud of being fat, and that was their whole thing but they obviously aren't or they wouldn't get so angry when people point out to they're too big for certain types of clothing and underwear and certainly aren't in the correct shape to be modeling them professionally in front of millions of people.

Imagine if there was a bald pride movement, a load of bald middle aged men who constantly tell everyone how brilliant having no hair is. Would you expect such people to get upset at people calling them baldies? Would you expect them to go mental if they weren't invited as hair models to a hair style show by Vidal Sassoon or Charles Worthington?

This is one reason why I'm not sure I believe people when they say they're happy being obese, basically all the evidence and all the anecdotes seem to suggest the opposite.

Anyone have experience, thoughts, opinions or facts that could contradict this observation?

RDR2 is absolutely coming to PC and the only reason it hasn't yet is because they'll make more money off of people buying a console copy AND a PC copy than they would if the PC copy was available from the start

PC is the after market, the sweep up after the proper money has been made.
