Having such a hard time with this one, guys...

Told her upright I was really interested in seeing her again, and shes like yeah! Lets hang out again next week. and seemed super interested on this date. I mean, she kissed me too. Seemed super into it.

But...shes barely been texting me. She did mention shes more into phone calls than texts, so maybe shes just not a big texter?

Just seems hard to keep her interest if she hardly texts me back. Im trying real hard to be patient, but damn. Gotta wait till next week to see her...and hardly talk to her? I feel like Im going to inevitably lose patience and screw this one up.

Damn. And on top of that my mom got out of the hospital a few months ago, and is almost fully recovered and on her last blood transfusion due to failing kidneys.

Lots to be grateful for this Christmas. Damn. Life can be a bitch sometimes, but man. We always find a way to pick ourselves back up.

Usually it takes me a bit to get the courage. But damn...after getting dinner and talking with this girl for like 3 hours, it was SUPER obvious that there was a clear connection between us.

Kissing her at the end of the night just felt right. I walked her to her car and hugged her. After she kept looking at me and I was like OH SHIT JUST KISS HER so I did.

It was kind of fantastic. Honestly usually it takes me way too many dates to finally kiss a girl. But with how comfortable I felt around this girl instantly, I wasnt even a bit afraid to kiss her.

Im actually really excited for this. I hope it takes off. Xbox live and PSN being separate services sucks. XBL is clearly superior, but a lot of my friends play on PSN instead.

Bringing a cross platform service to ALL devices and systems would be a huge hit I feel like.

Theyll be rolling in the money here pretty soon. Fortnite + this new service will make them a crap load of money.

This girl is super attractive, nerdy, smart, well spoken, opinionated, and genuinely interesting to hold conversations with.

She revealed after like 5 days of talking that she doesnt think humans are naturally monogamous.

Shes not dating anyone, and Im not sure shes ever actually been in an open relationship. This seems to be something shes been exploring more lately.

We had a a real conversation about it where I voiced my opinions that I disagree with her. Super civil and is actually crazy refreshing to have a discussion on two totally different sides of the spectrum.

It was interesting. Not usually one whos comfortable doing things alone, but it was nice being able to change plans on a whim and just go wherever life takes you.

Definitely would be more fun with a significant other though, IMO. Sharing that beauty with someone you care about would be a great bonding experience.

Longs peak from your picture is ~4,000ft above the valley. The Tetons are 5-,6000ft above the valley. The Canadian Rockies are 5-10,000ft above the valley

Went to the top of Pikes Peak, hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park and climbed across frozen lakes, snow, mountains, and cliff sides.
Pikes Peak is 14000 feet above sea level. My first 14er. Definitely plan on visiting and climbing some other mountains now.

Drank some amazing beer at some local breweries.

And took some AMAZING pictures of the snow covered mountains and views. Here are some of my favorite:

Ive got this weird urge to explore the world, and see everything there is to see on this Earth. Ive never even left the US...and life is just so much bigger than this one country.

It kind of makes me emotional and sad to think about just how BIG the Earth is, yet Ive experienced so little of it. There are great people everywhere. Beautiful mountains to see. Beautiful oceans, and islands, and canyon and landscape.

So much to see. But it all costs so much money and thats really tragic to me :(
