I take Melatonin every night to help me sleep. If your local store sells vitamins they should have Melatonin there. Maybe give that a try sometime and see if it works for you?

Nope I'm gonna sleep, get up around 10:30 or 11 or so, shower, then I'm hopping on Twitch and streaming it at noon. That'll go on until 2 or so, when I have to finish getting ready for work, but I'll be home by 8 and continue streaming then.

I mainly use it as a clock at work, since I turn my phone off while on the job.

I could just get a regular watch but the Fitbit doesn't feel as intrusive imo.

That's a toughie. I'm gonna say you can't do that because the way you're making money is a method you're only able to use because of a wish you made on the genie.

You can still wish to become a genius, just don't use it for profit.

Lack of spending is fine. I guess I should clarify and say that anything that DIRECTLY helps your finances. I consider not spending money on something and getting it anyway an indirect way. Though maybe our opinions differ on that.

As long as you don't sell the stuff you wish for it's fine IMO.

that's my line of thinking too, but I can also see why people would prefer the money, since they can't use the genie to get money without giving up everything else they've wished for.

They say there are some things money can't buy, but in this scenario there are some things the genie can't wish for, so it's all about weighing your options.

Yes you can, you can use the stock market, and if you just so happen to win the lottery with your own luck then that's fine. It's only if you influence it with a wish that everything goes kaput.

For the purposes of this topic, the 1 billion dollars is not taxed, so you don't have to worry about "the man" stealing most of it.

Also for the purposes of this topic, the genie isn't your typical "3 wishes then poof", he'll provide infinite wishes and won't do that whole "genie word twist" thing most genies do.

You can also use the genie to wish for money, but you cannot wish for more than 1 billion, and once you wish for any amount of money, the genie goes away forever and every wish you have made is undone except for the money wish. You also can't get around this by wishing for a job that pays you a ridiculous amount of money, or wishing to win the lottery, or wishing people would give you money (whether voluntarily or not) or anything like that. Any wish that relates to your own financial growth makes the genie and any other wishes you've made go up in smoke. Literally.

I also reserve the right to add more restrictions later on, because I'm sure at least one of you will find some loophole or another.

I don't get why people do it. It takes less effort to say "Trump" (when speaking and not typing, anyway) and when you say "45" to refer to him it'll typically confuse anyone who doesn't do the same (which is probably most people).

I typically try to clock in 2 minutes early, to ensure that I have some time if I fail to clock in that early.

I don't think that counts though.
