Been meaning to rewatch the Ginger Snaps trilogy. Saw the first one when I was about 16 at like 3 in the morning on some obscure tv channel and fell in love with it. Had a huge crush on Emily Perkins from it.

It was earlier in the day in the UK. Got 2 shinies, one with good CP and stats. Now I have like 300 Eevee Candies just sitting there. I wish this was a Magikarp event, cause I have that Mythic Research to evolve one and need about 300 more candies and they're pretty uncommon in my area.

Turkey Twizzlers. Fuck Jamie Oliver and his healthy eating campaign, those things were amazing. There's obviously other chicken and turkey stuff, but nothing like those.

Ready Salted Chipsticks. My favourite of all time crisps, but they only do the salt and vinegar flavour these days and I don't think there's a crisp like them.

I don't really see this as the police protecting the white nationalists, but as a waynof controlling them and trying to prevent them from causing trouble.

They do it here in the UK when groups like the EDL rally and march. The police will corden them off and or march around them and no one interprets it as the police are protecting them, more like they're scumbags who are prone to doing scummy things, so we're going to try and stop that from happening.

I'd say it's the opposite with their blatant smearing of Jeremy Corbyn at the moment.

For those unaware, he's the current leader of the opposition party in England. There's been this mad, baseless smear campaign against the Labour party and him in particular about being anti-Semitic. One such point is that, nearly 10yrs ago, Corbyn was part of a seminar where a Jewish Holocaust survivor campaigned against how Israel was acting and likened their actions to the Nazis.

It's one if a handful of non-issues that are being used to smear him and the BBC is fully guilty of participating.

It depends on which version of these characters you want to look at. I would say almost every member of the Justice League has probably, at one point, been strong enough through writing to solo Superman.

I think we're talking about the Avengers from the MCU and the Superman from the DCAU

I think Supes still wins through speed in that case. He could take out all of them before they had a chance to react.

It's actually called Eggy Bread in most of England. And it's usually more savoury, with no sugar/vanilla/cinnamon added and salt instead. Tomato ketchup or brown sauce are the usual condiments to eat with it.

IIRC there was someone, maybe Martian Manhunter, that Superman punched whilst they were intangible. He's that strong.

I think Superman's speed would guarantee his success. Technically Hulk, if angry enough, can be stronger, but Supes could just throw him into space quicker than he could react.

The ones he'd struggle most with would be Strange, SW and Thor due to their magic, but again, I just think his speed would trump them.

Now if you have the whole Avengers a Batman level of 'time to prepare' they could possibly win under some strict circumstances, but otherwise Supes would win.

Do it yourself mate. I bought a bbq from Tesco for 60 quid last year and have used it loads. It's not as good as an expensive now with side smoker, but it's not bad. Looks like this;

Made some great stuff on it. Did smoked pork shoulder last weekend and shredded it and made the best pulled pork I've ever had. Done ribs a few times, wings, brisket, lamb shoulder a bunch, beer can chicken...

Biggest issue I have is that our brisket is a different cut to the American one. It usually has loads less fat on and is smaller, so it's rare you can find one in the supermarket that's good enough for low and slow, and it took 3 different butcher shops until I found one who knew exactly what I was after and what I wanted it for and it wasn't especially cheap.

I mean, you shouldn't be wrong, but you kind of are with that last point. There is a degree of institutional sexism, especially in fields that are mostly men that leads to this.

It means that, whilst there are definitely know-it-all, condescending jerks who do it purposefully to everyone, there are also those who, somewhat innocently do it towards women. They're not necessarily doing it because they're know-it-all's, they're doing it because they have an instutionally ingrained belief that a woman probably won't know as much as them about their subject.

Giving it a name and pointing it out is to help make those people who are doing aren't necessarily doing it intentionally to take a step back and look at their own actions.

I think TC is mixing up libertarians and liberals. I've seen a genuine, unironic like for him from libertarians, despite him being a massive caricature of them.

The ideology is literally the basis behind the character.

I mean, TC is arguing against himself here. At surface level the politics is the basis of his character, but he's otherwise often shown as a passionate, caring person who will go against his own core beliefs to help his friends out.

He consistently backs up Leslie, despite their massively differing beliefs, either through admiration of her sheer tenacity and or by finding a loophole in his own beliefs that allow him to accommodate hers.

I might be mistake, but I thought that pornstars often won't have sex with black guys because it literally reduces their overall career value. Like, there's a large proportion of people who will no longer buy their stuff if they do scenes with black guys, meaning their popularity drops off and so does their pay.

If that's the case, then you can't blame them really. The blame falls on their racist consumers.
