I tip based on the quality of the service provided. If I don't think it's bad you get at least 15%. If I think it's bad you get nothing. If I think it's outstanding service, I've gone as high as 25%. I've gotten outstanding service exactly one time.

If someone showed up at my door with the wrong order you get NOTHING. If you can't even be bothered to double check that you're giving me the right food when delivering food is your ENTIRE JOB, then GET FUCKED. You haven't earned a tip in that situation.

I enjoy it, Val Kilmer was a great Doc Holliday. But the Gunfight at the OK Corral has some huge discrepancies from what really happened, like Holliday being shot.

I was at the aquarium and they had sloths for some reason and all of a sudden some random old man came out of nowhere and pointed and said look a rare site it is moving!! And all this thing was doing was moving slow as shit. How does thing still exist? Something should have eaten it

There was a video I saw of a sloth climbing in some branches, then BAM. An eagle snatched it up and carried it off.

Being that I work in construction, what is your preferred method for getting the job done? Would you prefer night work from 10PM to 4AM in a Residential area? Would you prefer weekend work starting at 6AM and costing what I'm assuming is a city project nearly double the cost because you want the crews to work on weekends? Even if a crew is NOT at 40 hours for the week all weekend work is double time and that's why you rarely see construction companies with crews going on weekends. The crew will do it, provided the owner is going to pay for it.

I see some RCP in that picture, looks like they'll be installing that soon enough, or would you prefer they don't install that, which is probably the entire reason for the work in the first place? Would you prefer if they just let the storm drain fail and flood out the entire area every time it rains? Or even if the job was to replace the asphalt and they decided that they better update their storm lines now while the road is milled down, would you prefer they let the road turn to complete shit and not ever fix and/or repair it?

I'll tell you what, go to the foreman tomorrow and give him your schedule and when it would be most convenient for you that they work. Let's see how well that goes. Better yet, write your councilman and tell him to increase the budget on the project so they can work nights and weekends.

Suck it up and leave 10 minutes early.

Have you ever pirated movies or downloaded a ROM of a game you didn't own? Have you ever stolen something from a store as a kid, even if it was just a pack or gum? Would you feel it is acceptable if the people you stole from tracked you down and pummeled you to death, no matter how minor you might consider the stolen items?

To be fair, this is potentially way more severe than that. Based on the personal information one tends to have in their wallet, he could have ended up with his identity stolen, huge numbers of bills racked up, facing a long draining process of getting it all cleared up. Not saying it was justified to pummel someone who had clearly surrendered to death over it, but still.
