It punishes victims for standing up to themselves. When I was a kid, a bully would come crying to the teacher with a black eye and theyd tell him he got what he deserved and it usually didnt happen again.

I was homeschooled from 6th grade on. My parents went to the effort to actually teach me though, so I managed to get into a good college with scholarships.

Of course, they started homeschooling me after the school refused to do anything about the kids who literally held me down and beat me with a baseball bat (among other things) breaking my arm and cracking my skull. I got suspended for that incident because zero tolerance policy... And the school made me finish out the day before letting me go to the hospital. The judge threw out the lawsuit my parents filed because his kid was involved. The DA refused to press charges against the kids or the school because again, his kid was involved...

So yeah... I much prefer homeschooling to public school in an area with a corrupt government.

Not sure why they would be handling the case, given it is blatantly clear there is a conflict of interest.

Small town, only one DA and one judge at the time. The area has grown a lot since, and the corrupt officials have gotten voted out, and arrested on various charges... <.<

I wonder if you could go back now and sue some of the adults and the school?

Pretty good, but I wasnt the best. I was an excellent math student and I scored very highly on the standardized tests, but I hit my peak in advanced algebra. It was solving and graphic quadratic functions. I fully understood how to do it, but the asshole teacher would make the problems on the test so complicated that

A) it looked NOTHING like the review
B) he usually couldnt get 100% on his own tests on his first try
C) many students couldnt finish in time

All signs point to this guy being at fault. He was literally one of those teachers who is so obsessed that the other teachers gossip about it.

Its not for us to say. Restaurants are privately owned companies, so its really no different than having a senior citizens day. If you dont like the military, then thats your business, but youre not going to gain anything by getting pissed off over them getting kickbacks. A lot of them get totally fucked over and taken advantage of when they reassimilate to society, so who cares if they get a discount on a meal or a haircut or tickets to a sports game?

I cant see any legitimate reason to do so. If you dont want your kid to be distracted by the other 49 kids in the classroom and want their kids to have to have a chance to ask questions and stuff. The public school system is often times not safe. Thats why there are metal detectors and on-campus police officers.

If you work hard and save your money, its your right to make sure your kid gets the best education available to you. When it takes a half hour for the teacher to establish classroom control, many parents look for another option.

4 is probably my favorite of the series
5 was fun, but it wasnt scary. It was during the daytime, open spaces, with a partner, and starting you off with a full weapon load-out took away from the fun of finding the guns yourself.

I havent played 6 or 7, though. What exactly is so much different about those two?

I also really liked Revelations and Revelations 2. The second one is directly underneath RE4 for my favorite. I know that game got a lot of hate, but I just never got that. The partner switching mechanic became extremely helpful when I expected it to be a major hindrance. Besides I really like the fact that you FINALLY get to play as Barry. I thought the story was really interesting, considering it was a side title.

Exactly right. A life sentence means 8-12 years now. Thats what we get for filling our prisons with people who had marijuana or couldnt pay for something.

I agree about that. It was too easy to miss side plot lines. I did everything on my first play through because I checked a guide to make sure I didnt miss anything, but on my second playthrough I completely missed the Radovid thing AND the romance sideline.

It takes thirty seconds to switch out a physical copy. I had to wait three hours for a game I already owned to download (again) on my Switch today.

If the game existed in physical form, I would have bought it, and I could have been playing it instantly. I usually just buy whichever version is cheaper, usually.

There is no place for partisan bickering in state politics. Polis campaign was Ill stand up to trump! and he spent exponentially more money.
