For me at first it was moodyness. If I said or did somehing that pissed her off shed be cold and emotionless for 2 days and make me ask 20 questions about whats wrong. I finally was able to convince her If youre mad, just fucking be mad. Confront me immediately. Things have been great in that department ever since, we actually fight way less, and when we do have fights, theyre more just unpleasant discussions that get resolved peacefully. --- |

Is it not as grand scale as it seems or is this the steal of the century? Or is it only free to play because the desire to use microtransactions is almost a certainty? --- |

| EffectAndCause 12/01/18 11:59:45 AM #1 | Pokemon Gold Up until then, the 151 Pokemon was all we knew and all we ever expected, like that WAS Pokemon as we knew it, so the very idea of 100 new species added to the 151 we already had blew my fucking mind at 11 years old. Also knowing that some of the existing Pokemon now had evolved forms and there were two new types of Pokemon? Christ I was over the moon. I was on the internet checking for any and every little scrap of new information coming from Japan at the time, I remember for months I had a printout of all the new Pokemon but had no idea what their English names were (remember Pikablu AKA Marill?) or even who was an evolved form of who. I brought my Gameboy to the store with me and was immediately playing it on the way back to the car. And as far as the actual game goes post-release, I had no idea whatsoever that ALL of fucking Kanto was in the game, so I was literally screaming with excitement when that moment happened. --- |
