We already noticed prices dropping a bit. A few days before closing on our sale for 162k, a similar house up the street in much better condition was listed for 159k.

Bet our buyers were pissed if they saw that

The market here has been going down for about 8 months. We sold in June for 475 and since then better places with more updates and better locations have fallen from 500 to 460.

I'm not too concerned. I'm in no rush to sell and both my wife and I have secure jobs.

He always shows up when I'm in the bathroom. Then literally runs like hell after ringing my doorbell.

I was taking a piss once when he rang the bell. I stopped, quickly washed my hands and walked like 10 feet to the door. In like 15 seconds he was already halfway down the block at another house doing the same thing.

Yeah on the used market it isn't exactly difficult or expensive to get into these games. The used market is pretty heavily skewed in Nintendo's favor.

I've bought a few games that came in a bubble mailer with no damage.

One time the dude sent me the wrong game so I ended up with vandal hearts instead of brave fencer musashi. He sent the right game and let me keep both lol.

I bought the game in 2002 and gotten to near the end twice (2003 and 2007). Finally beat it in 2016 on the PS3 remake.

Yeah, I already went over that;
- This sort of reaction isn't new.
- Jerry is conveniently forgetting that people got mad over his show 'back in his day'.
- The people bitching about people having different opinions is actually louder than any sort of 'outrage culture'.
- Sensibilities and humor change and reflect the times they are in. The only reason people are mad now is because it's politically convenient to be outraged about outrage.

I managed to get a platinum on the first game on the PS3 remaster. I can only surmise it was really easy, because I suck at video games and I got a platinum.

The second game is a LOT of fun, and really expands on the first game. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Never managed to make it to the third game. Life kinda got in the way on that play through.

as a general rule, i don't like doing dinner on the first date. a few reasons that come to mind:

- if the date isn't going well then either party will be locked in until the bill is paid.
- there's that awkward "so does the guy pay here or ....?" moment at the end when the waiter brings the check
- if the date goes well and you want to extend it you feel bad for staying and holding a table in your server's section
- some people are weird about eating in front of strangers

Um none if these were ever an issue when I was dating. I always offered to pay but respected when a woman insisted she pay for herself.

If it goes well then go for a walk or invite her back to your place or go for drinks.

That said, no Chilis is a garbage date spot. Go to a nicer restaurant.
