The Terms of Service are a contract. Breach of contract is against the law. There are also actual laws limiting the liability of a website owner of a site allowing users uploads as long as they act in good faith to remove illegal or otherwise infringing content.

Two minutes of research convinced me that Trump just saying that he was acting on advice of counsel on Twitter doesn't waive the attorney/client privilege. He'd have to formally use the advice of counsel defense against criminal charges (or in a civil trial) against himself in order to give the opposing side the right to discovery. Additionally, advice of counsel defense only gives the opposing side access to documents relevant to the matter at hand, not carte blanche access to every record between the attorney and client ever.

The problem with crypto in general is that people are looking too much into spikes and crashes and not looking at what it's doing overall. The joke in that YouTube video is supposed to be that it's silly not to buy bitcoin because it crashes when the price was really trending up.

The joke now should be that people are pointing to the spikes saying buy when each peak is less than the previous and each drop is dipping the price lower.
