But the entire story is propelled by the characters being intensely dumb and irrational. The father is the only one that wasn't practically a vegetable from being so stupid, and even then the movie expects the monster's weakness to be some kind of surprise. --- |

Meanwhile for Brittany it's a "bit sudden," sudden enough where she didn't have another job lined up and she's asking about job opportunities. The whole thing seems pretty fishy and doesn't come off as just a coincidence at all, just that there are things neither of them are allowed to talk about. Regardless, losing these two, and Nick a few months ago, can be seen as the nail in the coffin for the Trails series getting localized by XSEED. If it happens...start sacrificing your firstborn that NISA doesn't fuck it up. :) --- |
