Humans have an upper limit on intellect. We would be unable to advance technology further once when can no loner conceive of where to go from the point we're at. Even if we invent an AI that can conceive of new advancements 'we' would no longer be advancing technology.

If you were asking if technology has a peak advancement level it is subject to the physical laws of the universe, and the way those laws can be implemented is not infinite.

I find them confusing. Here's a common scenario - Someone uses a phrase I never heard before, find it on encyclopedia dramatica, a word in the definition is also linked, that word has a definition I never heard before, a word in the definition is also linked, that word has a definition I never heard before.

I now think the first phrase I looked up has something to do with the 2nd and 3rd. This leaves me more confused about the context in which I encountered it, and how it was used in that context.

Most of the news media has a liberal bias. So if you do an unbiased search of news media the search will show a majority of liberal biased sources. If it were to show a balanced mix of liberal/conservative sources then the search would be biased.

This is a tough one to call. Do you leave the search as an accurate representation of liberal bias? Or do you bias the search in an attempt to mitigate the already present bias? I think fighting bias with bias is what the liberals have been doing. If anything it would be fun to use their tactics against them and watch them complain how it's wrong when it's someone other than them is doing it.
