It's because a lot of foot fetish guys are obsessive and intrude on personal space (asking for feet pictures, taking them without consent, etc etc). It'd be weird if you did that for any body part.

Also, almost every guy likes legs. Not the same with feet.

The best way to handle the creepy stereotype is to wait and bring it up with a girl when the timing is right. As in, don't lead with it or be obsessive about it. Women will respond a lot better if you treat them like a person. It seems obvious but it's just too hard for a lot of foot guys.

He's the strongest in lore, maybe. And he's still extremely good in the meta. But he's been dethroned as the strongest Pokemon period. Right now that honor belongs to Mega Rayquaza.

And I kinda like the fact that Arceus isn't talked about much anymore. It's better if he's a distant legend, with some vague references in the game here and there. And honestly a god Pokemon that created everything is just not a very interesting idea, which is why you don't see the fans talk about him that much.
