She's being bitchy again tonight about all this shit. I'm not gonna argue with her. She can stew in her negativity til the morning. I'll probably have to deal with this a few more times before she finally chills. I'm not gonna throw gasoline on the fire. I didn't bite when she brought up all the nonsense, so fuck it man. She ruined our night and hopefully she has half a brain and can see that.

Subconsciously she wants out. I know it.

Instead of arguing, I went down to the store for another beer. The new (cute) chick at the counter has been there for about a week or two. She asked me how my night was going, I told her the truth. I told her it was shitty and that my girlfriend was flipping out and she was all like, "Oh you have a girlfriend?" and we flirted around and she couldn't figure out why my card wasn't reading and went on to tell me how she lived just a couple blocks away and was single and blah-blah-blah.

The devil in me wants to go back and find out when she gets off work.

We actually sorted everything out and things are good for now.

I left for the weekend to see some old friends (our mutual friend died recently). She cooled off and we aired all our concerns about the relationship.

She insists she never looked through my e-mails, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. I took the liberty of blocking the other chick on social media and her number as well.

Didn't I say in the beginning I was being a scumbag? How's that not taking responsibility? I simply explained myself. Never said I was right or justified.

But had she not interrogated me she wouldn't have ended up getting hurt the way she did. The little exchange I had with the other chick would've come and gone without anyone being the wiser to it. That may or may not have been a good thing, but there's no sense in thinking about the "ifs" at this point.

I guess the good thing about this whole scenario is that it pushed me into breaking ties with the ex. It needed to be done. My gf knew about my prior connection with this chick and had been concerned about it from the beginning. She was rightfully pissed, but seeing that I cut the cord with the other chick has given her a sense of relief. Hopefully her paranoia will subside.

It's rather complicated, but basically I was being a scumbag. She kinda pushed me into it, then snooped through my emails and interrogated me until I spilled the beans. I couldn't even lie about it because she was quoting my emails without admitting that she snooped through them. Would've been a helluva coincidence otherwise.

Kinda relieved in the long run. She was too paranoid. Too accusatory. She drove me back toward one of my exes and now holds it against me. I never cheated. I may have emotionally, but damn. She was the one being a total fucking bitch. I think she wanted to get rid of me and she pulled some shit like this so I could look like the bad guy.

Now I'm stuck on a lease with this chick for another 8 months. Maybe I should sublet the extra room and get the fuck outta here.

Moral of the story:

When chicks are done with you, they'll find a way to make you the villain. Red pill yourselves brothers. Red pill.
