since you live in a state with dispensaries you should consider growing your own. its not very hard.

If you aren't willing to shell out $300+ (or maybe $100, if you're willing to put in a lot of DIY work) for a grow setup, you're a bit limited as to what times of the year you can grow it well. But apart from that yeah, it isn't very hard.

Between Raspberry Pi's (lack of) power, what consoles' media can be used legitimately on a device other than the console, and and what systems have open-source legal BIOSes available... this pretty much means you can discuss using them to emulate a PS1 while using a USB optical drive with legitimate PS1 discs and one of said open-source replacement BIOSes.

These shit are useless overpriced stuff. Epsxe, Pcsx2 and similar stuff do it for free, with better quality (fps unlock, internal resolution is customozeable, even mods)

How many people have PCs powerful enough to run those tools???

I could literally run ePSXe back in the day on a PC with a 450MHz Pentium II, 128MB RAM and some generic 8MB GPU.

If that can run it, any modern computer can.

PCSX2 is a lot more demanding, but mid-range machines from 10 years ago were capable of running it fairly smoothly.
