I just finished dressrosa, I binged the first 750 episodes over the last year. And I remember feeling like I couldn't wait for the TS just to see all the new character designs and strength buffs. But in the end the pacing just became so redicously bad that it feels like it just drags on and on. I started getting really sick of the pacing around impel down, I would just start to skip the fights with the characters that obviously didn't matter (like the giant cow). The whitebeard battle arc was probably my favorite in the series and even that felt like each episode dragged.

I just finished dressrosa and Doflamingo was my favorite behind the scenes villain pre-TS, and the whole time I just wanted it to get over with. Like them having 3 different episodes of having Law die and not actually die, the coliseum fights that would just never end, and I just never gave a fuck about the toy soldier and pink haired girl. Shit was so boring but I just soldiered on. But now this topic tells me the next arc sucks too so idek if I want to keep watching this anymore

I don't know him at all besides 10 mins of researching him but it seems he's against the AHA, Pro-Coal, kinda seems warhawkish with his comments on ISIS, and pro-gun rights.

While on the other side he supports The Dreamers and is pro-union.

I guess far-right was wrong, but Id still argue he seems to be more right than left, but again that's with only a quick google search of him.

That's actually a really hard choice to make for me. I dated a girl that was pretty SJW but would say "I'm not into politics" but would then comment on every current political event and get into screaming matches with me whenever I disagreed with her. That's why white students get the majority of scholarship money, standardized tests were made to keep poor, ethnic students out of colleges, and being a white legacy student nets you a better chance at getting into an Ivy than for "affirmative action", which primarily helps white women anyway.

Except that's it's a proven fact that Harvard was actively discriminating against Asian students, and actively discriminating in favor of black students. They are literally being sued over it right now.

I've always been pro-business, in general. I don't like the idea of restrictions against my own business. While at the same time I understand the purpose and need for unions. However, there are some unions that seem pointless to me. My father was a fireman, and he'll completely disagree with me, but you basically get bullied into the union where you're ostracized if you dont join it (wont let you eat in the house, people will genuinely hate you) and the union as a whole never did anything that immediately benefited him in the 25+ years he worked there. In the 25 years they helped 2 or 3 guys from getting fired but they also did shit that was worth firing them for. I always felt like for us, as individuals, it would be better to not join the union (because of the excessive unions dues and dikes) but also to never get rid of the union because its needed.

So, basically I see it as it's dumb to join the union but its awesome if your job has a union that produces effects regardless of membership of the union.
