You got the poor castes: Abnegation and Amity The wealthier castes: Erudite and Candor And finally the warrior caste: Dauntless (well, if you count running around doing parkour being a "warrior") What's really weird is that when a person comes of age they undergo a test that determines what faction they'll be in for the rest of their lives, and it's not necessarily the one they're born into. The weird part is that the person is still free to choose whichever faction they want regardless of the results. It makes you wonder why anyone would choose Abnegation or Amity, which are essentially the poor and working classes respectively.
