Gorsuch was running in the same environment of awareness around sexual assault, so if women are deliberately and maliciously ruining men's lives with false accusations, as some people in this thread are claiming, it's astounding to me that none of them thought to target Gorsuch.

It's not really cheap to say "you need to pay for this service in order to access it." That's pretty standard business protocol, and is quite reasonable. Keeping them around as a courtesy in case your system happens to break while your subscription lapses is a reasonable good will gesture, but if they're going to let you restore from your backups without paying for them, they might as well not charge in the first place (which is certainly a position that can be argued, but it's beside the point).

Standard business protocol is not to make everything hidden behind fees. Some businesses do it, others don't. Google provides free cloud storage, Apple does, many other companies do. Now, it isn't the biggest deal that Nintendo is doing this, but it is cheap and has not been beneficial to them.

Based on a certain post on the 5th page (if you have 10 per page), it seems that is kind of what they're doing. It seems they don't just outright delete it. They said that you may not be able to access it after an extended period of time. So, it should be fine if it's a credit card decline or had times for a little.

Then that is much better than what people are shouting about.

I enjoyed the first one with Shulk, it got repetitive though. I didn't play X. I was pretty disappointed in 2. Shoddy graphics, terrible voice acting and the same problem the first one had with the gameplay becoming repetitive. I didn't even finish it sadly.
