Born a male always a male and males even transgender have substantial advantages like muscle and skeletal structure over natural women, as going though with the process of "changing sex" is little more than cosmetic surgery.

Wanna take a ballpark guess of how many pregnancies are actually intentional? Your accident shouldn't penalize a woman just because you feel entitled to her own body.

We can't draw blood or extract organs from the deceased without their permission or the permission of somebody legally able to advocate on their behalf. So unless you legally are in that advocate position, you really don't have a say. And if you do it usually is because they're incapacitated, not a fully conscious and autonomous person.

And you should not penalise men either just because you feel entitled to his money and resources.

I'd be more inclined towards a legal contract where if the man doesn't want the child but the woman does, the woman can keep the child but the man is waved any responsibility for that child.
