And I was walking down the street with a black can in my hand so I looked like trouble. But all I was doing was showing the new guy where the probation office is, because the staff worker asked me to do it. It's funny how I almost ended up getting locked up my damn self on the way back. Lol But yeah these problems are just from my past with the drinking and not taking care of myself. The only reason I missed court was because I was homeless with no ride, living in a motel. I lost the citation so I didn't even know when my court date was. I spoke to the director of the rehab this afternoon and she is going to get it handled for me. My counselor is going to make the warrant disappear for me. They are plugged in with all the courts, police, and probation, so they have a lot of power. It's like I am in safe-wall by being here at rehab, cause there are so many positive benefits. Those cops didn't know I was in the rehab. I just look like a gangbanger all blooded out today lol I am even wearing these awesome all red brand new Air Force One's. I'm drippin' today, boys. Ya man is boolin'. Also rocking my new gold Invicta watch I bought 2 months ago. Just took it out the box last week! I'm gonna be too fly for Wal-Mart tonight. --- |

| NewportBox100s 11/30/18 2:36:29 PM #1 | So the worker at the rehab tells me to walk the new guy to the probation office to show him where it's at. No problem, since it's right up the street. Well, I'm wearing all red, and I had a Venom energy drink in my hand. A black can. Police drive by me as I'm walking back alone. Sure enough, they swerve around. I knew what time it was. I say, "Ya'll think this is alcohol, right? Cause it's not". And they were disappointed, thinking they could get me for another public drunk. So then he searches me and checks my license. Calls in the number. Next thing I know, he comes back and puts handcuffs on me. Turns out I got a warrant back in Augusta for that public drunk I didn't go to court for back in September. Well, because I'm over 50 miles away, they won't extradite me there. It's pretty crazy. So they took the handcuffs off me and back to the rehab I went. They confiscated my license cause it got suspended in June but I never turned it in. I was just using it for a picture ID. He says they will send me a state ID in the mail. As far as the warrant goes, he says every time my name gets run I will be detained but as long as I'm 50 miles away they won't take me back to Augusta. I can actually get it paid off and make it go away. But it's like 500 bucks and I don't wanna pay all that.. on a dang public drunk. However, I'm glad to know the full details now. First time I was detained and sober. I stayed calm and everything worked out. Even if I did go back to Augusta and turn myself in, I wouldn't even do a week in jail and they would release me on time served. That would be better than paying the 500 bucks. But I don't have to worry about that while I'm here. I'll get it taken care of while I'm here at rehab. Crazy stuff, but that's what drinking got me. At 67 days sober, this is the best I've done all year. I can't go back to the alcohol. It destroyed me, mentally, spiritually, and physically. I'm building myself back up now and I thank God for that. Videos will be coming soon, once I get me a new phone and some service! I've decided to go with the new LG Q7 Plus on Metro. The plan is $50 a month for unlimited everything, taxes included. The phone itself goes for $250 on eBay.. So yeah. What a day! Lol Dankkyawww --- |

But in my department, they are cracking down on the overtime. Because it's slower at this time of year. My supervisor said it was nothing personal, and that it won't be this way for too long. I went to HR and asked about it, and the lady told me she doesn't believe the 4 days is going to last long. So we should be going back to 5 soon. I sure hope so. Cause I need the money. It's nice that I'm off work and all today, but still... once I get my check next Friday, I'll know just how much it will be. I want at least $450.. I'll be lucky to pull that. Well, my other roommate is painting our room tomorrow, and he wants my help. He said he will pay me 40 or 50 bucks to help him out. So that will be nice. I've never painted before. But at least I'll be making a little extra money. I've got to get a phone soon. I'm either gonna go with Cricket, Metro, or Boost. They are all $50 a month with unlimited everything. Buying the phone is the issue. I want something nice, but I will go with a mid level phone. I'll grab a flagship after a year when I have lots more money saved up. For now, I will get something around 200 bucks. So mid tier. But not bottom level. --- |

So I'm pissed, cause that just killed my check next week! I came here to save big money, and I can't do it on a 40 hour check. I need my 50 hour checks like I've been getting. So now I'm back at the rehab, all alone and chilling. Sure, it's like I got a 3 day weekend, but hell, I'm willing to work. This place ain't cheap. It's $250 a week. And a 40 hour check is not even gonna crack $400. I've been pulling in $600 a week when I put in 50 hours. And that's great. If I can pull in at least $450 a week, I will be straight. That will be 250 to pay the rehab, 100 to spend, and 100 to save. I am making sure that I save at least $100 each week. That will be 4 grand in 10 months. Not to mention, I get a $1000 bonus check after 6 months at my job, and another $1000 6 months after that. So as long as I'm able to save like I plan to, I will have 6 grand in the bank by the time I graduate this program. I came in here with 0 bucks, broke and homeless. Had no bank account. Now I've got a bank account with 700 bucks in it. It's a start, but I want more. I need more. I gotta get right. Lord be with me! --- |
